Whole Woman Retreats and Courses

Our intention
Our intention for our courses and retreats is to hold a space for women where we remind you that you are and always have always been whole.
We will come together, to connect, to share, to learn, to grow, to be challenged, to laugh, to cry, to enjoy, to rest, to be supported and to be restored and nourished.
We intend to walk in nature, enjoy scenery, paddle, wild swim, eat, cook and make fire together. These activities balance of the 5 elements of Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal described in Chinese medicine. In addition we will also consider the needs of your inner cave woman by gathering, walking and sitting and talking in circle with other women.
As well as our individual skills with have also jointly studied;
A spiritual understanding and explanation about how thought creates our experience.
How our cave woman DNA still informs our emotions and reactions. Our DNA has remained unchanged for 10,000 years this means that if we partake in certain activities we are rewarded with the feel good hormone Oxytocin. So as part of out sessions we include gathering, walking and sitting and talking in circle with other women which will produce this hormone and in turn we feel grounded, happy, calm and connected.
We have also studied how to access and manifest our dreams.
We have attended numerous training's, retreats and lead groups. Through this we have been lead back to discover that we are whole. Not broken. We are attempting to live life out of that and from that understanding.
We are not perfect. We forget. We trip and fall. Life is often messy and we need to be reminded we are whole. But we're essentially doing shit loads better than before we first met.
